Governance is the way that the community, as a whole, can decide where the platform goes, and how it evolves over time. We'll be introducing a complete governance center where you, as the user, can submit proposals for changes on the platform with SoMee points, and then vote on them during active voting periods with the SoMee Governance Token (ONG). Those proposals that are ratified will reward ONG as well as a few points to the user who suggested it and will be added to the roadmap for development.
Advertising staking will allow users to stake SAT for advertising campaigns that they like or think will do well; once the advertising campaign is over, revenue is split between the platform and all users who staked SAT.
In simple terms, staking allows you to take a token and hold on to it for a longer period of time for either better liquidity, more utility, or better rewards. Here at somee, we do staking on many levels, from increased voting power to advertising staking, to yield farming.
ONG is our governance/utility token which you can use to STAKE for SAT yield farming - and for voting on the future of our platform. Current holders of ONG v1 will be able to convert over to the new SOMEE token here soon.

SAT is the SoMee Advertising Token; it's used by the advertisers to build their campaigns, and also used by users to stake for their campaign of choice for the part of the ad revenue generated by that campaign on the platform.

Hive is a blockchain, similar to Steem, that allows you to earn when you post; all posts on the SoMee ecosystem are also HIVE posts - so you earn HIVE as well as SME (our HIVE-based token) for posting.
A sidechain is another blockchain that we post information.
A power-up package is a set package you can buy that will increase your GFUEL and subsequently voting power on the platform so that you can earn more when voting and posting
GFUEL is what drives your voting power; the more GFUEL you have, the higher the voting power you have at the start of the day.
Voting power determines how strong your individual votes are worth; for example, you could vote someone at 100% voting power, in which case, you could give them quite a big reward; or vote at 10% and have more votes to cast during the day.

KYC means 'Know Your Customer' it is a way for companies, applications, and platforms, to verify that the person you are dealing with, is a real person. We use KYC because we do financial transactions on the platform. Don't worry, though, no one has access to your information, even at SoMee - the system verifies all of that for us.

It really depends on how much voting power the person has, as well as their overall 'gravity' on the platform. Those who post more often, or are more active, tend to have stronger votes, as they tend to have more voting power. And the weight of the vote also counts. It's difficult to give you an exact value. But, the higher the voting power, the more the weight, the higher the vote is worth.
